We have made every effort to ensure that all shipments are professionally packed in-house by our careful crew. We do not replace products due to personal preferences, including but not limited to flavor, smell, color, or texture.

Shipments traveling through high heat areas may see THCa isolates infuse into the THCa flower, causing the product to appear to have fewer isolates. TWB is not responsible for this and orders subjected to high temperatures while in transit are not subject to refunds or exchange.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. When each order is packed, we ensure each product is heat sealed and air tight. Ensure that you carefully open your order from the top of the package (where the white shipping label is located). Honesty and Transparency:

Our October 28th 2025 batch of concentrate has a gassy and butane/sulfur like taste. The lab that works with our partnered farm had a mechanical issue with their machine which caused this issue. This issue caused a flavor ingredient MISHAP that balances out the smell and taste of the concentrate. While the COA Lab Test still stands true to each strain, the only issue you will face with this strain is the smell and taste. Some customers have been ok with the taste/smell, and some have not. 

All concentrate strains on this specific listing WILL HAVE a gassy, butane, and sulfur like smell and taste. 

Due to a number of requests, we have decided to still take a loss on this product by offering 15g for $59, so you can still order concentrates until our NEW delicious batch is back in stock.

If you don't mind an off taste/smell, or you want to use this product for any specific use, this is our sell out sale for this mistake batch only.

THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT LISTING THAT CONTAINS AFFECTED THCa CONCENTRATES. ANY OTHER PRODUCT LISTING OF CONCENTRATES WERE NOT AFFECTED BY THE MECHANICAL FLAVOR ISSUE. 

PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK

When a product becomes out of stock, TWB reserves the right to replace that product with another piece of equal or greater value without any notice to the customer.  Out of stock replacements are not eligible for Return, Refund, or Exchange.

BROKEN PRODUCT RECEIVED

Should any items arrive broken/defective, please reach out to customer service via the chat option on our website for assistance with a replacement.

We Require: 

  • Order Number (not your tracking number)
  • Images of packaging your order came in (packaging provided by TWB) 
  • Close Up Image/Video of Broken area
  • Regular Image/video of Entire Product 
  • Detailed Description of broken item that matches the image/video provided

If glass arrives broken, you must contact customer service within 2 business days from the the day your package was delivered to be granted a Replacement. TWB does not offer Refunds for broken items, only Replacements.  TWB will not replace or refund items once they have been used.

If we do not receive image showing all broken pieces to display the full product, a replacement or refund will not be issued. 

All requests for replacements/refunds are subject to review by TWB. Should TWB determine that product has been used, it is not eligible for refunds/returns/replacements.

Customer is responsible for bringing all damaged/defective/missing/broken/etc. items to the attention of TWB during initial customer contact about the issue.  TWB will gladly assist with investigating and providing replacements and/or returns for all eligible items mentioned during initial contact.  However, once the initial ticket is closed and the issue has been resolved, should any additional items be brought to the attention of TWB after the first ticket is closed, Customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on any secondary shipments.

By entering this website, the customer understands that all details listed above must be followed completely and will not receive further assistance until they do so  

MISCONDUCT COMMUNICATION

Any inappropriate communication between TWB and its customers/influencers/affiliates will result in possible cancellation/refund of the order or collaboration agreement. 

Customer Misconduct consists of: profanity, swearing, cussing, demanding, etc.

TWB reserves the right cancel/refund and/or ban any customer or affiliate for any type of misconduct or inappropriate communication.

SHIPPING CARRIERS 

The Customer understands and accepts that should they initiate a claim with the Shipping Carrier for any order still in transit, TWB has no further responsibility or ability to directly assist in resolving the issue. The claim handling and resolution is then the full responsibility of the Customer and the Shipping Carrier.

  • Free shipping orders are shipped with UPS GROUND ADVANTAGE or USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE. TWB cannot change the speed of shipping after an order has been shipped.

  • All orders are shipped same day or next business day.
  • Next Day Shipping: all orders are shipped out of the TWB shipping facility on the following business day that you placed your order.

AFFILIATE

All affiliates or influencers agree to all terms & conditions on this website. TWB reserves the right to terminate any affiliate or influencer agreement at anytime for any given reason. TWB does not need to provide any influencer or affiliate any reason for a termination of contract or termination of affiliate/influencer agreement. 

All influencer and affiliates must agree and follow the Influencer Requirements stated on this page  to view all Influencer requirements, click here.

Flat rate paid influencers/promoters are not eligible for the affiliate ambassador program. 

Affiliates cannot refer themselves (use their own referral code or discount code for personal purchases).

Affiliates cannot earn commission on any wholesale purchases made through TWB.

INFLUENCER CONDUCT & COMMUNICATION POLICY

Influencer agrees to adhere to professional and respectful conduct with TWB, TWB employees, and all TWB affiliates and associates. Professional and respectful conduct includes but is not limited to: allowing a reasonable amount of time for respectful business communication (a reasonable amount of time may be up to 1 business day but may be longer due to unexpected emergencies or delays); conducting all communication in a respectful manner that includes but is not limited to no cursing, no insults, no harassment, no threats, either emotional or physical, implied or direct. Influencer agrees that all aspects of TWB promotion and communication are to be kept private and confidential. Any unprofessional or disrespectful conduct by the Influencer or failure to adhere to the policy after the products for that content have been sent to the address of said Influencer will also result in a hard copy bill in the mail to pay for sent products and TWB will no longer have any payment obligation and/or responsibilities to the Influencer.

SLANDER & LIBEL POLICY

Libel is defined as a defamatory statement that is written.  Slander is defined as a defamatory statement that is oral. Influencer agrees to refrain from any disparagement, defamation, libel, or slander of TWB, TWB employees, and TWB affiliates, and agrees to refrain from any tortious interference with the contracts and relationships of TWB. Any instance of libel or slander by the Influencer or failure to adhere to the policy will result in a hard copy bill in the mail to pay for sent products. Furthermore TWB will no longer have any payment obligation and/or responsibilities to the Influencer. Influencer also agrees to pay a $1,000 penalty to TWB for each instance of libel, slander, or defamation committed against TWB.

CONTRACTS & AFFILIATES

All and any influencer contracts may be canceled, ended, voided at anytime only if TWB should decide to end that contract. TWB can void a contract only if there is an affiliate program to offer in place of the flat rate contract. Should TWB end a flat rate contract with any influencer, TWB is not liable to continue the length of original contract as long as the affiliate program is offered in place for the remainder of the contract.

Any affiliates/influencers that have signed flat rate influencer contracts and/or affiliate program contracts agree to all Terms & Conditions on this website.

Flat rate promoters/influencers are not eligible for the Affiliate Program. Affiliates collecting commission via Affiliate Program generated referral sales 

TWB reserves the right to use, reuse, replicate, copy, repost, upload any content from any influencer, customer, or affiliate created with product from this website. 

TWB reserves the right to cancel/end/ban any registered affiliate(s) at anytime for any given reason. TWB is not required to notify the affiliate, or provide reasoning for canceling an affiliate(s) account. 

AFFILIATE PAYOUTS

Affiliate payouts are only sent via PayPal. Affiliates must select "PayPal" as their payment method under account settings in the affiliate portal, and enter their PayPal email address associated with their PayPal account. Failure to enter PayPal details will result in late or no payout for that affiliate for that given month. Payouts will not be made until  the affiliate has entered the correct PayPal details. TWB is and will not be responsible or liable for contacting/reminding any affiliates to enter their PayPal Payout details. The affiliate is 100% responsible for entering their Payout PayPal details and understands that they will receive no payout until the following month after the PayPal payout details have been saved under the affiliates account settings within their affiliate portal account. Affiliate Payout: 15% of order net sale amount

Affiliates will have access and custom log in to an affiliate portal where they can track all sales generated, along with total % of commission. 

Payouts are paid via PayPal only.

Customers must use your custom affiliate link in order for your affiliate account to generate and capture your payout percentage commission amount.   

Payout definition: 15% of the orders sale amount (does not include % of shipping cost)

Payouts are issued within the 1st-5th of each month.

Payout commission balance must be at a minimum of $10.00. Should commission balance be lower than $10.00, the balance will remain as is until the commission balance reaches $10.00 or more. Payout payments will not be released until the commission balance is $10.00 or higher.

Affiliate accounts that are inactive for 30+ days: commission % earnings will change to 1% commission per order/sale generated  

All affiliate payout terms + conditions can be changed by TWB without notice at any given time.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Fraudulent orders: Should an order be flagged by the customers banking institution as “fraudulent” and is canceled/refunded, the order will be deducted from affiliate's generated net sales for that month.

Flat rate paid promoters are not eligible for the Affiliate program.

Payout payment method carrier transaction rates may apply.

By signing up for the Affiliate Ambassador Program, you agree to follow all the following:

Monthly Payout:

After your account is set up, add your payment method. 

  1. Log into your Affiliate Dashboard 
  2. Click "Account"
  3. For Payment Method select "PayPal"
  4. In Details enter your PayPal email address associated with your PayPal Account. 

Failure to follow specific PayPal set up instructions stated above will result in a delay of affiliate payout. Payouts will not be attempted until PayPal settings are completed exactly as stated above. 

VENMO & CASHAPP PAYMENTS

All customers using Venmo or Cash App as a payment method at checkout agrees to all of the following:

  • Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct Venmo username of @TWBpayment or Cash App username of $TWBpayment
  • If a customer sends a Venmo or Cash App payment to the incorrect username for either payment service, TWB is not at all liable for any loss of funds. The customer accepts all responsibility for entering an incorrect username and understands that TWB will not ship out any orders if the Venmo or Cash App payment is not sent to the correct usernames/accounts listed above. 
  • If the customer sends a higher about of USD than the total of whats owed, no change or reversed payment will be issued. 
  • All customers using Venmo or Cash App at iweedbox.com as a payment method at checkout acknowledges, agrees to, and completely understands all information, and all bullet points listed above and in this Venmo + Cash App Payments section of TWB Terms + Conditions.

MISCELLANEOUS

Your use of the Site is governed in all respects by the laws of the state of California, USA, without regard to choice of law provisions, except to the extent that federal law applies. These Terms evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce, and the United States Arbitration Act shall apply in all cases and govern the interpretation and enforcement of the arbitration rules and arbitration proceedings. Any claims arising out of, relating to, or connected with these Terms or your use of the Site and TWB's services must be asserted individually in binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules and the AAA Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes.

The arbitrator shall not conduct any form of class or collective arbitration nor join or consolidate claims by or for individuals. The Arbitrator, and not any federal, state, or local court or agency, shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforce ability or formation of these Terms including, but not limited to, any claim that all or any part of these Terms is void or voidable. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

There are only two exceptions to this arbitration agreement. First, if we reasonably believe that you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights, you agree that we would be irreparably harmed by such violation or use and that we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Second, any claim of $500 or less may, at the option of the claiming party, be resolved in small claims court in Orange County, California, if the claim and the parties are within the jurisdiction of the small claims court. By agreeing to these Terms, you hereby irrevocably waive any right you may have to a court trial (other than small claims court) or to serve as a representative, as a private attorney general, or in any other representative capacity, or to participate as a member of a class of claimants, in any lawsuit, arbitration or other proceeding filed against us and/or related third parties.

You acknowledge that this means that you may not have access to a court or jury.

Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or is barred forever. Failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TWB with regard to your use of the Site. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any of these Terms. TWB may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
