Orders Marked Delivered

ORDERS THAT ARE MARKED DELIVERED ON TRACKING LINK AND/OR TRACKING NUMBER CANNOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOUR ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED VIA TRACKING, NO REFUNDS AND/OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED.

TWB DOES NOT RESHIP ORDERS OR REFUND ORDERS THAT ARE STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY. 

TWB IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT. IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTERED AT CHECKOUT, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.  

Shipping Refunds

Refunds are not issued for the following:

  • Orders marked "Delivered" via tracking link
  • Orders that are stolen after delivery
  • Customer entering incorrect address at checkout
  • Shipping delays, delayed transit

Note: TWB cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. If your package has been marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier (USPS) for assistance all orders are insured.

Orders Over $500

Any order over $500 will require a signature at delivery via USPS Priority Shipping.

Filing a Claim with the Shipping Carrier

The Customer understands and accepts that should they initiate a claim with the Shipping Carrier for any order still in transit, TWB has no further responsibility or ability to directly assist in resolving the issue. The claim handling and resolution is then the full responsibility of the Customer and the Shipping Carrier.

*Summer Heat Conditions

While our careful crew makes every effort to ensure that all shipments are professionally packed in-house, we do not replace products due to personal preferences, including flavor, smell or texture.

We suggest a $8 Priority upgrade for shipping on all THCa isolate strains due to the fact that shipments traveling through high heat areas may see THCa isolates infuse into the THCa flower, causing the product to appear to have fewer isolates. This will not affect the THCa % in any shape or form.

TWB is not responsible for this effect and orders subjected to high temperatures while in transit are not subject to refunds or exchange.
